"I registered but I haven't received my activation email..."

Please try to look at your email’s Junk Mail folder, our activation email may have ended up there.
If you still cannot locate your activation email, you may try to request for a resend of your activation code by clicking here.

If the above steps don’t work for you, please let us know about your problem by contacting us directly.

If you can’t remember your password, you may reset it by clicking here. We will then send you an email containing a link to follow, and you will be able to create a new password to use to gain access to your BrillKids account.

This may be due to a pop-up blocker active on your browser. We suggest you to try logging in via our unsecure log-in located on the home page of the BrillKids forums. You will find this log-in area displayed on the upper right hand side of the home page, as displayed below:
