Eligibility for Return and Exchange
We at BrillKids want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
We accept returns and exchanges of eligible items that meet the return criteria below:
We work hard to ensure that we always get your order right the first time, but we realize that sometimes we do make mistakes. If we've made a mistake or your item was damaged during shipping, please call us as soon as possible at (+1 707) 336 2022 so that we can work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Your satisfaction is our priority!
BrillKids Online Store Purchases This return policy ONLY COVERS ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OUR ONLINE STORE. This policy does not cover items purchased from our local distributors worldwide. If you would like to return your product purchased from a distributor, kindly contact them directly.
Downloadable Software Returns for downloadable software products will be honored for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If you are unable to install and activate the software, a refund may be given. BrillKids reserves the right to correct the problem through customer service channels before a download product is refunded.
Shipped items (Box sets, Books, Binders, Flap and Flash Cards, etc.) Returns and exchanges of shipped products will be honored for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, provided the item has not been opened or altered from its original state and does not show wear or damage. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Redemption of Partner Discount Coupons ALL REDEMPTIONS ARE FINAL. In the case of a problem with your discount code (code is invalid), you must notify us by sending an email to support@brillkids.com. In this case, the coupon may be exchanged for a different one or, if that coupon is no longer available, we will issue a refund of your loyalty points.
Installment Plan Purchases Returns for installment plan purchases will be honored for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. However, if your plan has been active for more than 30 days from the date of purchase, you are no longer eligible for a refund, nor can your installment schedule be cancelled.
Choosing the installment plan means a fixed amount will be charged automatically to your account every month, for either 6 or 12 months, until the indicated product price has been paid for COMPLETELY. Getting the BrillKids installment plan legally binds you to fulfill the full term of your installment plan, depending on whether you get the 6-month installment plan or the 12-month installment plan. Our system will continue to charge you the specified amount every month until the term is completed. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Product Defects Defective products will be replaced with the original product purchased. For products that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be provided. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
The Return Process
Eligible returns and exchanges MUST be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, the original documentation, instruction manuals, registration, parts and components (including books, software CDs, and other teaching tools) and the original packaging.
Confirm that your order was placed within the last thirty (30) days.
Failure to include such items may prevent or delay your refund or exchange or result in additional fees.
When you make an eligible return, we will credit the full amount, less the original shipping and handling charges, to the original method of payment. BrillKids reserves the right to deny any return or exchange for any reason.
Returning a downloadable productConfirm that your order was placed within the last thirty (30) days.
Uninstall the software from your computer. > In Windows 7 and in Vista: In Control Panel, go to Programs and Features, and then click Uninstall a program.
Visit this page to request a return (Step 5). You will be asked to confirm that you have uninstalled and have not made any copies of the software. After receiving your request, the product key will be blocked and you will not be able to install or use the software in the future. BrillKids will issue a credit to the same credit card or PayPal account you used to purchase.
Returning a physical productConfirm that your order was received within the last thirty (30) days.
Once your return has been verified eligible after having requested for a refund through our form (Step 5), a customer service agent will notify you of the steps you need to take to ship back the product.
We will examine the items when received and, if they are eligible for return or exchange under our Return Policy, BrillKids will arrange for an exchange or issue a credit to the same credit card you used to purchase the item.
